UNOS Connect has revolutionized a Transplant Administrator’s ability to offer relevant transplant-specific education. UNOS Connect allows those with certifications to earn CEPTC’s in addition to providing timely and directly applicable knowledge. The LMS platform allows for easy tracking of completed curriculum, which is key during a regulatory survey of any transplant HR files. By allowing non-UNET users access, the transplant center can extend training opportunities to bedside nursing staff and OR teams, as well as, the core transplant program team. UNOS Connect is a highly valuable “easy button” for me.
